Navajo Fry Bread:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. powdered milk
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Vegetable oil for frying
DIRECTIONS-
  1. Sift flour, powdered milk, salt, and baking powder into bowl. Add water and stir until a large lump forms. Using hands, mix dough, but avoid kneading. Cut dough into 4 pieces.
